We offer a FREE service where we advise and evaluate your clearance.  We help you get started on, what is sometimes an unpleasant task, but we also advise on which items are best put in a skip, given to charity, recycled or taken to auction.

On many occasions we purchase items ourselves, restore and sell them.  This has given families peace of mind that sentimental items have been given a good home and not gone to waste!

The funds we pay you for your items can help to offset the cost of the clearance. 

Our experience in the modern world of antiques helps identify items of value that aren’t the typical coveted China tea set or silver cutlery service.  There are some random items these days that have value because they are rare or collectable.

We look at all areas of the home from Garden to Garage and in the home.

Every home is different, and our service is available on a case by case basis but our advice is FREE.
